18 cups (about 35 ears) of sweet corn cut off the cob and uncooked
1 pint of half and half or milk
1 pound butter, melted

Mix and put all into a pan. Bake at 325º for 1 hour. Stir every 15 min. Let cool, put in freezer zip lock bags and store in freezer.
