1 lb. chicken breasts in strips
1 15 oz can black beans-drained
1 14 oz can Mexican Style Stewed Tomatoes
1 1/2 cups water
1 cup rice-uncooked
4 chicken bouillon cubes

Directions:
Directions:
Cook chicken in spray in skillet. Add ingredients and bring to boil. Reduce heat and cover for 20 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes. Add cheese on top if you prefer.
