3 loaves bread
6 eggs
3 tbsp celery
1 stick butter
1 tbsp onion
3 tsp poultry seasoning
1 tbsp salt
pepper to taste (Dad loved pepper ;)
lots of chicken broth (1 large can)
cooked chicken

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350.
Fry celery, onion in butter. Mix all ingredients together. Put chicken meat that has been boiled along in dressing.
Put dressing in buttered baking dish.
Bake for 1 - 1 1/2 hours or until golden brown.
Dad did not have how long he baked this so I guessed on this. You may have to adjust this as needed.
