1 cup flour
¼ teaspoon salt
3 eggs
1 cup milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together and let stand one hour. Pour into HOT pan with drippings from roast.

Bake at 425° for 15 minutes
Then lower heat to 350° finish baking for 30 more minutes.
Serve with beef roast and gravy on top.
