1 envelope Lipton Savory Herb with Garlic Soup Mix
1 1/2 lbs. assorted fresh vegetables
2 Tbsp. Olive Oil

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees. In 13 x 9" baking or roasting pan, combine all ingredients.
2. Bake uncovered, stirring once, for 20 minutes or until vegetables are tender.

Note: Use any combination of the following sliced: zucchini, yellow squash, red, green or yellow bell peppers, carrots, celery, onions and mushrooms.
