3-4 chicken breasts cubed
2 - 14oz cans (regular or Italian) diced tomatoes
1 envelope of Lipton Savory Herb & Garlic Soup mix (next to onion soup mix at store)
Bow tie pasta (or Angel Hair) and shredded Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Mix soup mix and tomatoes and pour into crock pot. Add chicken and stir.

Cook on low for 6-8 hours.
Cook bow tie pasta according to package.
Serve over bow tie pasta (or rice).
We actually just mix it all together. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese

Variations:
1. Tried this tonight, but had no 'soup mix'...used dry pkg of ranch dressing & served with brown rice (flavored with rest of ranch & potatoes)....yummy & healthy!!
2. This recipe can be multiplied to fit your family, made in large batches and frozen or just made for 2.
2-3 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cubed
1 pkg Knorr Herb/Garlic Sauce mix
2 cans diced tomatoes Combine all in Crockpot and "crock" for 4-6 hours.
Serve over pasta or rice.
