Prime Rib Roast with or with out bone

pepper
garlic
onion

Directions:
Preheat oven to 500 degrees. Liberally season prime rib with salt, pepper, garlic and onion. Cook roast for 6 minutes per pound. Turn off oven. Leave oven closed for 2 hours.
