3-6 mild or hot banana peppers (more or less to your taste)
Salt
Oil
Butter

Directions:
Directions:
Cut a head of cabbage in two. Start slicing cabbage as thin as possible until all is sliced. Take all seeds out of mild or hot banana peppers. Slice thin slices on top of cabbage. Spray iron skillet with butter flavored spray. Let start heating. Dump cabbage into iron skillet. Add about a half bowl of water over cabbage. Pour about what salt you can hold in the palm of your hand and sprinkle over cabbage and pepper mixture. After water is about gone, add a small amount of oil and a spoon full of butter. Let fry until it starts to brown or gets tender.

Best served with macaroni, fried potatoes, brown beans and cornbread.
