1 cup sugar
1/2 cup white corn syrup
1/2 cup water
1 cup raw peanuts
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
Grease cookie sheet with butter. Cook syrup, water and sugar to soft ball stage. Add peanuts. Cook until syrup is light brown in color and gives hard crack test 300-310º. Remove from fire and add soda and vanilla. Spread on greased cookie sheet.
