Hot peppers

Wash and scald 7 regular canning jars.

Stand about 12 hot dogs in each jar. De-seed hot peppers (caution, should wear gloves to do this!) and push 3-4 in each jar around the hot dogs. Add a dash of salt to each jar. Mix 1 cup sugar, 2 cups vinegar, 3 cups water until sugar dissolves. Pour in each jar to bottom ring of jar.

Add lids, twist tight. Cold-pack in cooker for 35 minutes.
