1 8-oz. package Philadelphia cream cheese, softened
3/4 lb. cooked shrimp, chopped (2 cups)
3/4 c. cocktail sauce
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese, shredded
2 green onions, sliced

Directions:
Directions:
Spread cream cheese onto bottom of 9" pie plate or shallow bowl. Toss shrimp with cocktail sauce; spread over cream cheese. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and onions. Serve with Wheat Thins.

Alternative: Swap 1 package (8-oz.) imitation crabmeat, coarsely chopped, for shrimp.
