4 lb. fresh spareribs
4 tsp. salt
2 tsp each allspice, black pepper
3 tbsp. oil
3 tbsp vinegar
3 tbsp. soy sauce
4 tbsp. brown sugar
1 small tin pineapple rings
1 tsp.ground nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper

Cut the ribs so that each piece contains three ribs in all rub with salt, allspice and black pepper and the oil mix together vinegar, soy sauce and brown sugar. 6 tbsp pineapple juice from the can. nutmeg and cayenne pepper. place the ribs on a rack in a roasting pan and spread with the vinegar mixture. bake in warm oven at 325 degrees. oven for 1 hour. basting every 15 to 10 minutes with the vinegar cut the pineapple rings into small pieces and add to the ribs. bake for 5 minutes more arrange on serving dish.
