3/4 C oil
1 C cider vinegar
1/2 C sugar

1 red pepper
1 green pepper
1 yellow or orange pepper
1 red onion
4 stalks celery
cilantro to taste
hot peppers to taste

1 can pinto beans
1 can black beans
1 can black eyed peas
1 can white corn

Directions:
Directions:
Bring dressing ingredients to boil in a sauce pan and set aside

Chop vegetables and cilantro.
Drain and Rinse canned items.

Place all ingredients into a large bowl and mix well. It gets better the longer it sits!
