-1 large bulb garlic
-1 tsp olive oil
-1 French baguette bread
-sea salt
- course black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
-Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- Place garlic in center of a sheet of aluminum foil
- Pour olive oil over top & completely wrap in foil
- Roast for 45 minutes
- Cut off top of bulb to expose raosted garlic
- Slice baguette in diagonal slices ( about 1/2 " thick
-Place on baking sheet
- Brush olive oil on each side & sprinkle with sea salt & course black pepper
- Roast with the garlic for the last 5 minutes
- The bulb will expose all the cloves.
-Take a clove & squeeze on baguette & spread on bread
