Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
1 lb. of deer burger
Cook in a skillet until brown, and drain.
2 onions finely chopped
2 cloves of garlic finely chopped
1 cup of olive oil
Saute until golden brown or until limp.
1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, coarsly chopped
1 green bell pepper, coarsly chopped
1 (14 oz. can) sliced stewed tomatoes, undrained
1 (6 oz. can) tomato paste
3 (14.5 oz. can) dark red kidney beans, undrained
2 Tbsp. of chili powder
1/4 Tsp. of tobasco sauce
1/8 Tsp. of celery salt
1/2 Tsp. of ground cumin
1 Tsp. of coriander
1 cup of water
1/2 Tsp. of cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp of crushed red pepper
1/8 tsp of black pepper

Combine all ingredients in your crockpot and if it will be cooking all day put on low. Enjoy!
