2 pkgs cream cheese, softened
1 cup mayo
1 Tbsp minced onion
1/4 cup minced fresh chives
3/4 cup blue cheese, crumbled (3 - 4 oz.)
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1 loaf whole wheat bread, very thinly sliced (I used Sara Lee bread)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cream cheese & mayo in medium bowl. Stir in onion, chives, blue cheese & cayenne pepper. Set aside.
Using 1 1/2 to 2-inch round cookie cutter, cut bread slices into rounds.
Spread 1 T of cheese mixture on each round. Place puffs on a baking sheet & freeze.
When ready to serve, preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Remove baking sheet from freezer. Bake 15 min.
Sprinkle with paprika. Service immediately.

Puffs can be stored in sealed plastic bag in freezer.
