5 c peeled and seeded tomatoes coursly chopped
3/4 c chopped onion
3/4 c chopped green peppers
1/2 c chopped red peppers
1 hot banana pepper chopped
3 hot chili peppers crushed (chili powder)
1 large clove of garlic minced
1 51/2 oz can tomatoe paste
1/2 c vinegar
2 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp lime juice
11/2 tsp pickling salt
2 tsp paprika
2 tbsp fine chopped fresh parsley(if dried use 1/2)
1 tsp oregano leaves

Directions:
Directions:
Put all ingredients in dutch oven. Bring to boil and stir. Medium temperature for 30 min till thickened. Pour into hot sterilized jars. Put in canner and bring to boil for 20 min for 2 cup jars and 15 min for 1 cup jars.
