2 to 2 1/2 lb. boneless chicken thighs cut into bite sized pieces
2 cans (15 oz each) straw mushrooms Shirakiku brand
2 tbsp. oil
2 large bunches of broccoli, sliced

MARINADE:
2 to 3 tbsp sherry
pepper
2 to 3 tbsp. oyster sauce (no MSG)

GRAVY:
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. sugar
pepper
2 tbsp. shoyu
1 cup chicken broth (no MSG)

Directions:
Directions:
Soak chicken in marinade, just before cooking. Stir fry chicken in oil. Remove from pot just before chicken is cooked, keeping liquid in the pot. Drain and rinse straw mushrooms with water. Saute straw mushrooms in the pot with the liquid. Mix in chicken, then broccoli and add the gravy. Stir occasionally and cook until broccoli is done.
