1 box of white or yellow cake mix (supermoist is the best to use).
1 stick of butter
1 box Red Raspberry Jello
Rhubarb (enough to cover bottom of pan)
1 c. brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in sheet cake pan. Add generous amount of brown sugar over butter. Cut up Rhubarb in small pieces. Add enough to cover bottom of pan. Sprinkle 1/2 box of Red Raspberry Jello over Rhubarb. Mix cake as directed on box. Pour over Rhubarb combo in pan. Bake about 35-40 minutes on 350º, even heat.

This is always a favorite...even for people who claim to not like Rhubarb. Recipe comes from a Primitive Baptist.
