1 T olive oil
2 garlic cloves, pressed
1 T Italian seasoning mix
2 ounces (approximately 2/3 C) fresh Romano or Parmesan cheese, grated, divided
2 C (8 ounces) shredded mozzarella cheese, divided (Cacique brand is best)
2 large firm plum tomatoes, thinly sliced

Place the following on a 13" pizza crust.
Evenly spread olive oil over crust . Press garlic over dough and spread evenly. Sprinkle half of the Romano cheese (1/3 C) and 1 C of the mozzarella cheese over crust. Arrange tomatoes in a single layer over cheese. Sprinkle remaining Romano and mozzarella over tomatoes. Bake @ 400º for 20-25 minutes.
