Ingredients:
1 Large can crushed pineapple, drained.
3/4 Cup pineapple juice (from drained pineapple)
3 Tablespoons cornstarch
1 Tablespoon oleo
1 Tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 Cup sugar
1/2 Teaspoon salt

Directions:
Directions:
Place everything in pot and bring to boil and simmer 1 minute and let cool before putting on cake

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Bake whatever cake you want to use, (I bake yellow or pineapple) and let cake cool before putting filling in it. If I'm not using an icing, I put filling on top as well as in-between layers. But it's good with butter cream frosting or my light frosting that's in this cook book called "Light Cake Frosting"
