Onions,
1 stick oleo
1/2 can Rotel tomatoes
1 can golden mushroom soup
2 lbs crawfish tails
few green onions and parsley
slices of American cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onions (amount you want) in oleo, add Rotel and soup. Add crawfish and cook till well blended. When cooked, turn off fire and stir in green onions and parsley. Then place several slices American cheese on top and cover till melted.

I add little water in soup can when necessary and cover pot to cook it.
