9 large eggs
2-2/4 cups milk
3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
12 slices white sandwich bread,
divided
1-1/2 cups diced deli ham
( about 1 lb.) divided
1-1/2 Cups shredded Gruyere cheese
divided.
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese,
divided
1/2 cup minced green onion
divided.

Directions:
Directions:
Lightly spray a 3 qt. baking dish with Pam. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, mustard, salt and pepper. Place 6 slices bread evenly in bottom of prepared baking dish. Sprinkle evenly with 3/4 cup ham. Top evenly with 3/4 cup Gruyere
cheese. Top evenly with 2 tbsp Paramesan cheese. Sprinkle evenly with 1/4 cup green onion.
Pour remaining egg mixture over layers. Cover, and refrigerate for at least 8 hrs. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Remove strata from refrigerator, and let stand for 30 minutes at room temperature. Bake for 1 hr, covering with aluminum foil to prevent excess browning, if necessary. Let styand 10 minutes before serving.

This is a breakfast for dinner thing. Like the green chili strata. Make in the morning and bake at night.
