1 Package frozen cut broccoli (thawed) *
1 (8-oz.) Jar Cheez Whiz
1 Can golden mushroom soup
1 c. Cooked rice **
1 Onion, chopped ***
1/4 Stick margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.

Combine all ingredients. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes at 350º in a casserole dish that has been sprayed with PAM.

* For a double recipe, I like to use 3 packages of broccoli.

** If I don't have leftover cooked rice, I make some minute rice r use dry minute rice and add about 3/4 can of water.

*** I usually use the dried onion flakes.

You can use Jalapeno Cheez Whiz. Or, if you don't like food that spicy - use 1/2 Jalapeno and 1/2 regular Cheez Whiz. I have, at times, used Velveeta when I didn't have Cheez Whiz.
