12 slices of bacon
6 oz bittersweet chocolate, chopped
4 oz unsweetened chocolate, chopped
3/4 lb butter
1/2 lb all-purpose butter
2 c sugar
6 large eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Cut the bacon in 1/4 inch slices and fry until crisp. Then put in food processor and finely chop.

In a saucepan melt the 2 chocolates with the butter over low heat.

In a large bowl mix the flour and sugar with the bacon.

Whisk the eggs into the dry ingredients.

Pour the chocolate into the egg mixture and stir until well blended.

Refrigerate for 2 hours.

Heat the oven to 350º.

Scoop about 1/2 cup batter into each buttered muffin tin or until tins are full.

Bake about 30 minutes.
