1 loaf frozen bread dough (Italian is the best, but any kind works)
10 -12 slices mozzarella cheese
Pizza sauce
Your favorite toppings: Meat, vegetables
Shredded cheese—whatever you like, such as mozzarella, cheddar, provolone, etc.

Directions:
Directions:
The night before you want to serve the pizza, wrap the frozen loaf in plastic wrap and put in refrigerator.

Preparation:

Cook meat and drain fat.
Chop vegetables.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Grease 9 x 12 cake pan using Crisco shortening. Do not spray or use liquid.

Spread dough in pan to cover bottom with a little edge up the sides. Cover with a flour sack cloth for about 20 minutes.
Press down dough and spread again to cover bottom with a little up sides.
Place sliced mozzarella to cover dough.
Spread pizza sauce over mozzarella.
Put on meat and vegetables as desired.
Cover with shredded cheese.

Bake for 40 – 45 minutes at 350 until edges start to brown and pull away from pan.
