Ingredients:
Ingredients:
Mix your favorite meatloaf recipe, but don’t put in pan. If you don’t have one, try this one:

1 ½ lbs Hamburger Meat
2 eggs
1 slice bread torn in small pieces (stale bread best)
¼ cup milk
salt and pepper to taste
½ chopped onion
½ teaspoon garlic salt
½ teaspoon celery salt
¼ teaspoon sage
1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce

Also:
2 cans tomato soup

Directions:
Directions:
Form into patties (like fat hamburgers.) Brown in non-stick large fry pan. When browned (not fully cooked) spoon 1 ½ - 2 cans undiluted tomato soup (right out of can) around patties. Turn heat to low and cover. Stir occasionally to mix juice from meat into soup as it cooks. Turn patties occasionally to cook evenly. Cook about 30 - 45 minutes, until patties are fully cooked. To serve, spoon sauce over meat.

Great with mashed potatoes—use sauce as “gravy.”
