Ingredients:
1# Velveeta Cheese, cut in cubes

3 cans cream soup (asparagus, celery, chicken, or onion—combinations)

1 –2 soup cans of whole milk

4 –5 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed and cooked (Any kind of chicken will do—a de-boned whole roast chicken is especially good.)

3/4 cup wild rice (before cooked)

Directions:
Directions:
Boil rice as on package (takes about an hour). (I prefer this with about half the rice.)

Combine soup and milk and heat to boiling.

Turn heat down to low and add cheese, stirring until melted.

Keep at a simmer and add chicken and rice.

Then it is ready to eat.

Use milk to thin out as needed.
