1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 can Cream of Celery Soup
Any kind of chicken pieces (I like boneless, skinless chicken breasts, but original recipe is for a cut up fryer.)
2 cups uncooked minute rice
1 onion cut up (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix 3 cans of soup, but no milk or water. Take out 1 cup of mixture. Mix remainder with the rice and put in a casserole baking dish or bowl. Put chicken and onion on top of rice mixture. Spread left over cup of soup mixture on chicken.

Bake 2 hours at 325 degrees uncovered.
