8 oz Philly cream cheese
8 oz cold pack “spreadable” cheddar cheese
2 tsp chopped green onion
2 tsp chopped bell pepper
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp lemon juice

Chopped walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients except nuts together: (HINT: If you let cheeses get soft, this can be done with an electric mixer)

Form into ball and roll in crushed walnuts. Wrap in Saran wrap and refrigerator. Is soft enough to serve straight from refrigerator and does not need to be set out to get soft first like store-bought cheese balls.
