1 box German chocolate cake mix
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 jar Mrs. Richardson butterscotch caramel ice cream topping
1 12 oz Cool Whip
1 bag Heath toffee bits
Directions:
Directions:
Bake cake according to directions on box.

Cool cake for 15 minutes. Then poke holes every ½ inch with a wooden spoon handle. Pour in can of sweeten condensed milk and butterscotch caramel topping.

Then, cool down cake (in fridge) then frost with cool whip and sprinkle with heath toffee bits.
