4 Cups hot water
3 pkgs yeast
½ cup lard
1 Cup sugar
1 teaspoon salt
8 – 12 cups flour

Directions:
Directions:
Mix yeast in water. Gradually mix in 8 cups of flour. Knead and keep adding flour until not sticky. Put in greased pan and cover with cloth. Let rise until double (1 ½ - 2 hours). Punch down and form into rolls. Place on lightly greased pans and cover with cloth. Let rise until double (1 – ½ hours). Bake at 375 degrees 15 – 20 minutes.
