2 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
2 sticks soft butter
1-1/2 c. granola
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
MIx flour, soda & salt in a small bowl. In mixing bowl, cream butter. Gradually beat in sugars. Add eggs & vanilla & blend well. Add flour mixture. By hand, stir in granola and chocolate chips. For jumbo cookies use 1/4 cup dough; drop 3 inches apart onto greased baking sheet & press with fork into 3 inch rounds. Bake at 375º for 13-15 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool one minute before removing from baking sheet. Makes 16 jumbo cookies.
For smaller cookies, drop by tsp. 2 inches apart onto greased baking sheet. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until lightly browned.
