4 C. cooked, cold rice, 4 Scallions, chopped, 1/4 head Chinese cabbage, 1 T. chopped fresh ginger, 3 T. oil, 3 eggs, beaten, 1/2 lb. Pork roast, salt & pepper, 2 T. soy sauce, 1/2 t. sugar, 1/2 C. chopped Parsley

HEAT OIL TO HIGH TEMPERATURE AND ADD SALLIONS AND RICE. WHEN WELL HEATED, ADD CABBAGE AND FRY, STIRRING FOR 5 MINUTES. ADD GINGER, DICED PORK AND SEASONINGS. STIR WELL AND MAKE HOLE IN CENTER OF MIXTURE AND ADD EGGS. FRY 3 MINUTES AND MIX INTO RICE. SPRINKLE WITH PARSLEY AND SERVE
