dozen large red potatoes
1/2 c. chopped parsley
1/2 c. chopped green onion
2 large cloves garlic, crushed
1 heaping tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 scant tsp. sugar
1 tbsp. Worchesterhire sauce
8-ounce bottle of pure olive oil
4 oz. Tarragon Vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Cut potatoes into one inch chunks. Boil until just tender. Drain and place in large mixing bowl. Add parsley and green onions. Make a sauce from the rest of the ingredients. Pour over and stir into potatoes. Do not refrigerate. Let stand all day, stir every hour, at least four hours. Heat, if desired before serving. Delicious!!
