17 oz. can of garbanzo beans
1/4 cup lemon juice
8 oz tahini (sesame seed paste)
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp salt
3 cloves garlic
dash paprika

Topping:
Calamata olives, sun dried tomatoes (undrained), sliced cherry tomatoes, fresh chopped parsley, 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil, crumbled feta cheese, 1 1/2 tsps paprika

Pita Bread Triangles

Directions:
Directions:
Blend all ingredients in food processor until smooth. Add more lemon juice or garlic to suit your taste. Refrigerate for about 1 – 3 hours for flavors to blend. Transfer mixture to a serving platter and garnish with the above toppings according to your taste. Serve with fresh, warmed (in foil wrap) pita bread triangles.
