1 8 oz. cream cheese, 2 C. grated cheddar cheese, 1 sm jar pimento cheese, 1 C. pecan pieces, 1 t. red pepper, 1/2 C. grated celery, take strings off then grate, 1/2 C. onion grated.
Directions:
Directions:
All cheese at room temperature, drain celery & onions before adding to mixture. Mix everything EXCEPT nuts, roll cheese logs in nuts and then in wax paper or plastic wrap. Chill & serve
