Whole chicken, cleaned and trimmed
Seasonings of choice: Zatarain's Creole Seasoning, Poultry Seasoning, Garlic Powder

German Smoke Bier, the stronger, the better. I use Schlenkerla Smokebeer.

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare your chicken for baking, generously season with your favorite seasonings. Place in a Reynolds© Oven Bag, follow bag directions for prepration, including dusting the bag with flour. Add one bottle of Smokebier. Bake for one and a half hours at 350º. The resulting gravy is unbelievable, that's why I cook it in bag!!
