Airline chicken breasts with skin
Butter, softened
Thyme
Salt
Black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º
Mix butter, thyme, salt and pepper to make a compound butter (can use other seasonings like Cavenders).
Rub breasts with compounded butter.
Preheat pan until hot over high heat.
Then brown skin side first.
Turn over, baste and finish in preheated 350º oven for 15 minutes.
