2 1/2 Cups Bisquick biscuit mix
1 Cup milk
All purpose flour - for rolling out biscuits

Directions:
Directions:
Place biscuit mix in bowl and make a well in center.
Add milk and mix until all of the mix is wet.

Turn dough out on a piece of wax paper sprinkled with all purpose flour.

Turn dough about five turns in flour and flatten out to 1/2" thick with hands. Don't over work dough.

Cut biscuits with a 2" cutter. Arrange on un-greased baking sheet. Bake at 350º for 10 to 12
minutes.

My children have always loved these biscuits. When they were little, I used to triple the recipe. Jamie and Leslie would each eat 11 buscuits.
