2 cans 8 count refrigerated biscuit dough
1 lb ground beef
1 jar barbecue sauce
1-1/2 cups shredded cheddar

*serving suggestion: corn on the cob
Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375º.
2. Press biscuit dough in 5" circles. Press lightly into greased muffin pans.
3. Brown beef in a large skillet; drain.
4. Stir in desired amount of barbecue sauce; spoon into muffin cups.
5. Bake 15 min. Sprinkle with cheese, and bake until cheese melts. Cool in pan for 5 min.

*serve with corn on the cob.
