1 1/2 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken tenders
1 can whole-berry cranberry sauce
1 cup dry white wine
2T dijon mustard
2T brown sugar

*serving suggestion: whipped potatoes, steamed broccoli and dinner rolls

Directions:
Directions:
1. Saute chicken in small amount of oil in a large non-stick skillet on med-high, about 4 min on each side. Do not over cook.
2. Remove to a platter to keep warm.
3. Add wine to skillet on med-high and cook until reduced by half.
4. Stir in and heat cranberry sauce, mustard and sugar.
5. Top chicken with heated sauce.

*Serve with heated potatoes, steamed broccoli and hot rolls with butter.
