1 package 8oz. cream cheese, room temperature
1/2 cup sugar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
dash of salt
3 eggs
1 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
In bowl, mix first 6 ingredients, beat well. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake in slow 325º oven for 40 minutes or until set. Combine remaining ingredients and pour on top of pie. Bake 10 minutes longer.
