2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
1 1/3 cups oil
4 eggs
½ cup pecans
2 cups shredded carrots
1 tablespoon cinnamon
2 teaspoons baking soda
½ cup raisins (soak in warm water first)


Icing:
1 tsp vanilla
¼ cup butter
1 8 oz package of cream cheese
3 cups powdered sugar

Directions:

Mix cake ingredients. Bake at 350 for 1 hour or maybe a bit more.

Cool before icing.

Use a bundt cake pan. You can put a flower vase in the middle if you want! (MBFGW)
