2 ½ pounds ground round
2 16 ounce cans crushed tomatoes
1 10 ounce can Ro-Tel Tomatoes and Green Chiles
8 ounces mushrooms, slices
½ cup stuffed olives, chopped
1 2 ¼ ounce can ripe olives, sliced
1 medium onion, chopped
1 pound American cheese, cubed
16 ounces spaghetti, cooked
1 pound bacon, cooked crisp
Salt and pepper to taste

Brown meat lightly in large skillet or stew pan. Drain any excess grease. Add tomatoes, Ro-Tel Tomatoes and Green Chiles, mushrooms, olives and onion. Mix thoroughly. Add cheese and spaghetti, crumbled bacon over all. Mix gently and place in large baking dish or 3-quart casserole. Bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes. Serve with grated Parmesan cheese, crusty rolls and a green salad.

Don't use VELVETTA, it is too rich. I usually only use 1/2 lb of cheese. It is up to how much you like cheese!
