Salad:
1 head cabbage, finely shredded or bagged cole slaw
2 pkg. Top Ramen© noodles, semi-crushed & boiled 1-2 min
1/2 c. slivered almonds, toasted
1/4 c. sesame seeds, toasted
4 green onions, sliced
Dressing:
3/4 c. oil
4 1/2 T. rice vinegar (or apple cider vinegar)
3 T. sugar
3/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
2 seasoning pkgs. from Top Ramen© noodles

Directions:
Directions:
1. Put cabbage in large bowl, rinse cooked noodles in cool water and add to bowl.
2. Add onions, almonds and sesame seeds.
3. Put all dressing ingredients in 2 cup bowl and whisk.
4. Add dressing to cabbage mix, carefully blending well.
5. Allow flavors to blend for a few hours before serving.
