1. Whip together until light and fluffy: (about 5 minutes)
1 C butter
½ C Crisco
3 C sugar
2. Beat 5 Eggs until lemon color and then add to the butter mixture.
3. Combine and then add to the butter mixture alternately with 1 C milk:
3 C flour
1 ½ tsp baking powder
4. Stir in flavorings—1 tsp each:
Vanilla
Coconut
Butter
Lemon
Rum

5. Grease and flour 10” bundt pan. Spoon batter into pan. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
6. Cool 10 min. on wire rack and then invert onto a plate. Glase while cake is hot!
7. Combine in a small pan:
½ C sugar
¼ C water
1 tsp of each flavoring

Stir the sugar, water and flavorings until it boils and the sugar dissolves. Pour glaze over inverted cake on the plate.

So easy and so good! Best if you make it the night before you need it. Especially delicious with some fresh strawberries and whipped cream!
