1 c. cream (Pet or Carnation)
1 Jello, Lime or Strawberry
1 c.sugar
2 eggs
1 c. crushed pineapples
1 box graham crackers, crushed
1 stick margarine, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Chill Cream. Crush graham crackers,and combine with margarine. Put in 2 pie pans. Save a small amount of crumbs to sprinkle of top of pie. Mix dry Jello, sugar and eggs together. Mix well. Add pineapples, bring to a boil. Set off to cool. Whip cream and fold into Jello mixture. Pour in crusts and sprinkle crumbs on top. Chill.

Jo loved to cook an this was one of her favorite recipes. When there was a special dinner at church, she often prepared a Ham and one of her favorite desserts.
