Filling: 1/2 lb. bacon, fried crisp
1 large chopped onion sauteed til transparant in 2
T butter
1 pkg. of gruyere cheese, chopped

4 eggs
1 T flour
pinch of pepper
1 and 1/2 c. milk

prepared pie crust, unbaked

nutmeg

Directions:

Beat eggs, flour, and pepper with whisk (will be lumpy). Blend in milk
In crust place bacon and cheese
pour liquid filling
add onions and butter
Top with nutmeg, sprinkle

Bake until set and slightly puffy at 350
