Ingredients:
1 package lasagna noodles
1 lb, sweet Italian sausage
1 lb. hot Italian sausage
1-2 lbs. meatballs
16 oz. ricotta cheese
1 lb. mozzarella cheese, shredded
freshly grated Parmesan cheese
your favorite pasta sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Cook lasagna noodles per package directions to al dente; drain and separate. Saute sausage until done. Drain and crumble. Mash meatballs and add to crumbled sausage meat.

Assemble lasagna: using a lasagna pan or 13 x 9 x 3 pan, spread thin layer of pasta sauce on bottom of pan. Put one layer of lasagna noodles lengthwise on bottom of pan. Spread a thin layer of sauce over noodles. Spread some of the meat mixture over noodles, dollop ricotta here and there, sprinkle layer of mozzarella and Parmesan. Repeat with another layer of noodles, etc., until noodles are gone. Spread top layer of lasagna noodles with sauce, top with mozzarella and Parmesan. Can be frozen at this point; otherwise, bake lasagna at 350º for an hour or so, or until center is hot and lasagna is bubbly. Let set for 10 minutes before serving.
